T-Mobile's Data plan?

If I connect my phone to my Home Wifi Network instead of the 4G network, does it still eat into my 2GB/mo data plan? I would like to use Pandora, watch netflix, etc.. at home.
 
As long as you are on wifi it will not use any of your monthy data limit.
