when i renewed my t-mobile contract and got an update, they asked whether i would like to take out the insurance with it so i agreed as i had had it with the previous phone. but i cannot remember them sending out the confirmation stuff or whether they do or not so im not entiurely sure whether my phone is covered although they have been taking monthly payments out of my bank what do you suggest i do?
