Techrestore(door to door pick up?) huhh help please?

I live by the store so i don't have to mail my PSP to be fixed. It says door to door pick up $39? what does that mean. Does it mean that i have to pay $39 to take it there and pick it up after it's fixed because for self ship its only $12!?

Hi Merissa,

The only fee is $12 if you bring your PSP to us for service. The $39 charge would be for door-to-door pickup, which is does not sound like you need.
