Teen Clubs on Cruises?

I'm 16 and im going on a cruise for spring break(i cant remember if its Royal Caribbean or carnival) I was just wondering what the teen clubs were like..if they're boring or fun (good songs and dances and stuff) This is my first cruise so I don't really know what they do in the clubs.
Also is it easy to meet new people or harder? im kind of quiet and awkward so..

I have been on many a cruise. They r fun and teen club is fun 2. i meet frands thar. was fun
