TEEN GIRLS? I am just a little confused LOL.?

So every week I get a 10 dollar allowance. And I have a credit card with 500 dollars currently. I am just confused what do you guys usually pay for and buy on your own without your parents? Because I am always with my mom and she buys my clothes, movies, toiletries, phone bill, etc. so what's the point of my credit card and money?

Your parents probably gave you a credit card for safety reasons. For instance if you go out with your friends and don't have money you could use your card. And they probably give you allowance so you could learn how to save money. Plus when you get older and get a job and start paying for things on your own it seems like you have no money then. Best thing to do is save your money and if you like something expensive and your parents won't buy it then you have your own money to spend and they can't say much about it.
