I have anxiety/panic disorder, and basically i'm curious as to if there are any meds for it as a teenager.
I went to my pediatrician and she basically said all she could do for me is give me antidepressants even though i'm not depressed.
But i've heard there ARE meds for anxiety (i'm talking about for huge school presentations/tests to make sure i dont get panic attacks)

are there any meds for avoiding anxiety, and if so, are they not available to me until i'm past 18 or something? I'm sure something must work, other than antidepressants?

just ask a friend to electrocute you every time you have a panic or anxiety attack and you will eventually stop having them.

i've heard there are these natural drops you put under your tongue, try google that...

Yeah there is something you can take to help calm down when you're having a panic attack, it's called beta blocker.
