teens and 2000 toyota corolla?

ok so my first car is a 2000 toyota corolla iv had it for a couple months
its not the car i wanted my car of the year mazda 3 or toyota yaris but
for being a 17 year old and having my car i like my toyota corolla its not too old and its very economic
maye every 4 to 5 day i use only $30 dollars
sooo with my conclusion lol
i want too know everything i need too know so i can be ready
like when every miles i have too have tune ups and checking the oil
you know maintenancit'll itll be working well thanks
 
bummer no beemer,,i know a nissan Z car would be a better car but,,,any hoo..go to local auto parts store and get shop manual..20 dollars will get you info about everything...make you smarter if you diy and smarter talking to mechanic,,,OH mechanic,,,find one,,,forget the cheap oil change place,,,find a nice local shop [not dealer] that way when trouble strikes you will have " a guy" who knows you and your car,,,not a stranger who just wants cash and lots of it,,,How to find this mechanic?? ask family,,,ask co workers/school chums...ask at parts store,,,,
