I bought a phone, and they shipped it.
I didnt like it so i sent it back, but sent it 2 (yes two) days past the buyers remorse period.
So they charged me for the phone. AND (this is the unbelievable part) they are keeping the phone!!!!!!

consequentally, my service is being cut-off because i cant afford bill.
does this company have ANY ethics/morals/fairness etc etc etc etc????
