I bought a blackberry recently, and i have internet problems with it.
When my blackberry 9700 is connected to my home wireless internet, my applications work, like facebook, and facebook chat.
But when i am not at home, using the 'Telstra' wireless, the applications do not work. I've tried to figure out what is wrong and i have no idea.
Also, i plugged my blackberry into my laptop and went to download/upgrade to os6 from os5. and it says there is no available updates for my blackberry. Why is this? I know someone who has the same phone and upgraded from os5 to os6.
Please Help!
