Telus and the local lemon law?

I'm on a three year contract with telus and im only 5 months in and i already want out. Does the local lemon law work in Canada? if i told them that my calls kept getting dropped and after three phones would they terminate my contract for sure?
 
no, they won't cancel. but they will keep sending a so-called 'broken' phone for repair or replace it with a refurb.

i'm guessing you may be friends with aliyah lol
