Telus blackberry bold 9700 ( Quebec )? ?

All of the sudden telus brought back the 9700 for 0 dollars for 2 year and 3 year, but would I be able to get the blackberry social plan with that ? Because it only states getting a voice and data over 50 dollars if I get 2 or 3 year term,
Also, how long will this 9700 stay? And how much will the 2 year term price go up by?
