Telus optik tv help!?

Its been stuck on "Your telus tv digital set box is initializing, this will only take a moment" for more than 30 minutes. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

Optic TV digital Box initializing

If it takes too long,

1. Power on/off the digital box. if that does not fix it:
2. Change cables from TV to Digital Box - if that does not fix it:
3. Power on/off the Telus Modem - if that does not fix it,
4. Call Telus.
