I have a prepaid telus phone and I just recently refilled it with $10. I then buy messaging 250 to cover my texting as I do not usually call. I log onto my account today and I see that I have $0 left. I look at the transaction history and see this:

24-Dec-2010 12:21 PM feature activation Messaging 250 -$5.00 -$6.56
28-Dec-2010 10:03 PM account adjustment information services transaction time: 28-Dec-2010 9:08 PM -$5.00 -$1.56
28-Dec-2010 10:04 PM account adjustment information services transaction time: 28-Dec-2010 9:09 PM -$1.56 --
alright so that's the transaction history copied and pasted. I haven't done anything with the phone except a few text messages but those should be free because of the texting250 plan.
Can someone explain to me what this "information service transaction" thing is? My account was reduced to $0 because of this. Greatly appreciated if any advice or solutions can be made thank you
