I have a prepaid Samsung Galaxy Ace Q, and I used to have the plan, Data + Messaging 20. It was auto-renewed every month or whatever, but then I realized that I couldn't call, because for some stupid reason CALLING isn't included with Telus's plans. So then I unchecked the autorenew and used up all the data so I could get a new plan, which is Talk + Messaging + Data 30, but whenever I click everything I want, it just says, "Sorry, Your account balance is too low to do this. Please top-up your account." But I'm using my credit card to do this! Why do I need to top it up! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
