on new years eve, after walking 3 blocks. I took my phone from my bag.. which had absolutely no pressure on it, or anything inside the bag to hit the phone, when i pressed a button, the screen would turn on but 60% of the screen wouldn't be visible.
The only thing i can think of that could have damaged the phone is how cold it was outside, so i , myself, have done nothing to damage the phone.
the day the phone " broke " , was the last day of my 30 days return policy. It was also a holiday, and so was the next. So i took my phone into a telus dealer ship the following day. Long story short, my one year warranty wont cover my " physical damage " ( even though they barely looked at the phone to tell me the case ) and to fix it costs 150$
what should i do ?
