Telus Spark 15, does this package include e-mails on my hotmail or does

sending/receiving those cost extra? I'm going away for a while and my friend wants me to keep her updated on things. I was wondering if I could e-mail her from my Windows live account. I have the Spark 15 bundle through Telus, but I'm not sure if this includes sending/receiving e-mail or if it costs me extra every time I use it.
