[QUOTE="VadAds, post: 2529424, member: 863592"] I became a Telus wireless customer about a month ago, I registered online and my experience with Telus started when they mailed my cellphone and sim card to my home. Just about a week ago, my cellphone was suspended by Telus for no apparent reason. I called customer service, they say their secret fraud team suspended my service and that I had to fax my IDs and other proofs to the fraud team. I followed their instructions and did all of that immediately, and called them again, they say now what I have to do is wait. I am sure I have done nothing wrong, I followed every instruction they give me when I registered and used all real and legit information. It has been a week already without phone service, my friends cannot reach me, and I lost potential job offers and so on. Would anyone tell me what I should do right now? Did Telus break the contract if its their fault for suspecting and suspending an innocent customer? DO I have any way to get out of the contract and switch to another provider without paying penalty?
