...for Varsity sports.? My parents are in the military and moved from Texas to Virginia the summer going into my junior year. Currently they're thinking about letting me go back but, i need to know if the UIL rules will permit me to play Varsity sports. My former coaches keep mentioning something about a waiver, but i can't seem to find anything on that information. I would REALLY appreciate any help ASAP.
