i've been chewing for about 16 months and i need to quit . i have tried before but no luck just keep putting it on my plate. its not like i have to quit , i usually take good care of my teeth but when i'm around other people it kind of makes me feel guilty esp. around friends. even though i would not mind to quit i just don't know how .
is there any other way to help as for health to use different brands or something that will take away the addiction
