A few months ago the cd/dvd drive would randomly pop out. I didn't think anything of it, just kept pushing it back in. A few weeks ago I tried to listen to a cd on my laptop but when I opened up Windows Media there was a message telling me to install a cd/dvd drive. I checked and it appears that the computer no longer recognizes the cd/dvd drive...What happened?
I still have a warranty on it; just thought I would try to get some answers before I contacted them. Thanks!
