Car engines are mounted to several elstomeric mounts(rubber) and some movement under the conditions you described is normal. If the movement is excessive or is accompanied by a clunk then you may need to replace one or more of your engine or transmission mounts. This is usually a straight forward procedure and not overly expensive.</p></blockquote><p></p>
