...and more digestible? Hello everyone.
I am really confused with all the ideas, suggestions and recipes considering oatmeal.
I have read that it is good to add nuts, fresh fruits and dried fruits to oatmeal.
I have heard that it is extremely healthy to eat oatmeal together with fresh orange or orange juice, as it doubles their nutritional value.
I have also read that grains and fruits should be eaten separately.
And I have also read that carbohydrates [grains] and proteins [nuts] should be eaten separately.
And as I have recently fell in love with oatmeal, I would really like to find out the healthiest way possible to eat oatmeal.
It is, what food (except dairies and meats), seasoning to add to to make oatmeal more nutritional, but without disrupting the digestive system?
