I love to drive to new places, so no where that's more than 20 hours away by car, but somewhere that's at least 6 hours away.
We currently don't have passports, so Canada's out of the question.
We've been to Nashville (fell in love, BTW), don't want to go to NYC or Boston.
I want somewhere new, odd, adventurous...museums, art galleries, night clubs with GOOD music (lol), off the wall places that only the locals know about and love, maybe a festival or two, something that would keep the two of us entertained each night for about 10 days in the end of March/beginning of April, or 10 days after Easter. 'Goth' or 'morbid' themed stuff is a plus.
It's been 2 years since I had a real vacation, and I need a break!
I guess what I'm asking is for some locals to exploit their city for my cash in exchange for some wild, crazy and fun times...in other words, whore your city out man!
