I started tonight! It was just randomly so my body was jus prepared at all. Today I ate the wrong foods and about an hour later I started the workout and all the jumping around really upset my stomach. I am aware that I have to change what I eat which I will start tomorrow of course. But I'm here to ask what stretches should I do before bed? Because I could not bend how I needed to during the workout which caused me to stop pretty early. I didn't know I was in such bad shape. Can anyone send me some YouTube videos of stretches to do before bed and before the workouts? My back and legs really need to strengthen more
