My jeep has dual climate control (01 jeep grand cherokee limited), and the knobs turn to make the temp hotter or colder. It has a digital screen that says the temp in degrees that you are turning it to. Well needless to say those knobs dont do anything! It is heat all the time no matter what way you turn the knobs. So I know this means that the "boxes" inside the dash are stuck close because those knobs arent working to open the box to make it cooler. So heres the issue...the accuators that control opening and closing the boxes arent working thru the knobs, but when tested directly they work fine. Could it be possible that the part that has the knobs on it (along with the defrost/ac buttons on it) is bad? Even though the defrost/ac buttons work?</p></blockquote><p></p>
