I was just wondering what the DVLA stands on when your 17 with 50cc's, some people are saying you can remove your L plates which I don't think you can do without completing your light motorcycle A1.
Destricting, can be done right?
L Plates removing, is this right?
Also if any modifications are done on the 50cc does your insurance company have to be notified such as changing the exhaust, variator etc?
