ITS ILLEGAL FOR THE GOVERNOR TO REVEAL OBAMAS BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION. IF THE GOVERNOR RELEASED HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE HE WOULD BE IMPEACHED AND ARRESTED.
 
Wait a second. Haven't they been telling us all along that they had it, and didn't they actually pass a law that made it so they could ignore requests for it, because they were getting overwhelmed by the requests.
