The lock button on my Blackberry Bold 9700 changed functions?

I recently updated my Blackberry. The lock button on the top left corner used to lock the phone and i would have to unlock it with a password. Now the button just locks the keypad and dims the lights. How can I change the button back to its original setting?

You have to downgrade to your previous OS.

There is no other way to change it unfortunately.
