The new "Twin Paradox": What would happen if a particle at rest were entangled...

...with one traveling at c? Would they even be able to become entangled if the particle in motion were already traveling at c? Would the entanglement hold and if so, what would readings of the moving particle's state via the stationary particle be like?
I'm particularly curious as to how the time & mass dilation would register. Could this sort of activity possibly be the Oroborus "snake swallowing its own tail" action that is credited in myth as producing the genesis of the universe? If I understand correctly, if the particles would be entangled in such a state the particle at rest would have infinitesimal energy & mass compared to the particle in motion, and yet they'd supposedly share the same quantum state.

A quandry? :-?
Thinking about it even further, I half suspect that this is how one might create the legendary "god particle" - perhaps the graviton, itself. The string states would almost have to collapse, and I can only picture them collapsing into a dual state of both infinite and infinitesimal (the ultimate quantum state).

Hmmnn... :-?
