I recently got very confused keepin an eye on my weight. I noticed on my scale at home that I was slowly gaining a little weight recently. Since all my clothes still fit it wasnt a big deal. Then last week we had a health check machine at work. One that checks your blood pressure and all. My weight came out at 8.13 stone. My scale at home weights me at 57kg. or- if I turn it to stone it weights me at 8.15 stone. now underneath the test result is written: 8.13 stone measures 56kg.
Confusingly where ever I google the conversion stone to kg I find: 1 stone = 6.35029318 kilograms
That is a difference of 5kg to what the test results show!
Please help!
