In addition, manufacturers would have to equip game consoles with parental-control devices, retailers would have to label games that are violent and obscene, and the state would establish a committee to study the problem.</p><p>So what have they accomplished? Games ratings and parental controls in game consoles? Already done. Making it a felony to sell <a href="http://kotaku.com/gaming/violent-games/" target="_blank">violent games</a> to minors? Nice, but I very much doubt this will stand up to constitutional scrutiny. So that leaves forming a committee, which is something politicians pride themselves on.
