In a straight timeline,1 universe.
If a person goes back 1 minute into the past wouldn't the future automatically be going the past? which destroys any new future the person would have except for going to the past?
If that the traveler would not have a future if he decides to travel back in time at 12:00am to 11:30pm no matter what happens or where is he is at 12:00am he automatically would go back to 11:30 meaning he would never get to see 12:01am cause his future is to go back to the past (11:30pm)
