...deceased - will tmobile let me take? them off my plan now - our contract is not up yet, will they waive the early termination fee?
:(

first of all i'm sorry for your loss

second, we or anyone else but t-moble will be able to answer that, i dont' know about there service agreement

yes they do

my family was under my Fathers Plan, when he Died my Brother was able to transfrer the account in his name, it was not a problem

I would think they would have to let you take them off. If not that's pretty screwed up. You may have to provide a death certificate though.

Hmmm. I am unsure. If both of your names are on the document and you can provide them with a death certificate I can not imagine that they will not work with you to remove them from the contract. However, if the phones are in your name alone, then the contract was made out to you and you will be responsible for both lines. Give them a call and see what you can work out with them. I would hope that if both of your names are on there, and you have proof that this should not be an issue (although you most likely will still be responsible for any past due expenses or payments up to the date that you contact them). Good luck, I am so sorry for your loss!

They should if you show them documentation proving the death...most likely.

Sry 4 your loss ♥
