There is a thin, BRIGHT yellow liquid running out of one of my nostrils. It

comes out when I bend over. WTF? The other day, I had a thick, reddish-brown mucus blowing out of the same nostril. This stuff is thin and as bright as yellow food dye. What is it and should I be concerned?

No other symptoms.
