ok so perez hilton has to buy his photos from agencies like wenn and getty images. i dont understand why people on myspace are aloud to get any photos of stars or whatever and put it on there myspace without copyright infringement like if perez just put something on his site without buying it. what if a myspace page has like 200,000 hits a day and has a photo of lil wayne on there that they copy and pasted from getty images dot com. whats up with that?
