I had the new one which starts on Friday and the renewal letter from the old one stating that it expires on Thursday, but no, little miss jobsworth needed the other stupid certificate as well. I've never been asked for both certificates before. Grrrrrrrr! I've always renewed at the Post Office branch, because I believed in supporting them when so much business was being taken away from them, well next time I'll renew online and the Post Office can happily go bust!</blockquote>
