Brittany, I have completed P90X a few times and think it's a great all around fitness program. It does work if you follow the program. Two crucial parts are to: 1) stay consistent - Excercise 5-6 days a week 2) maintain a healthy diet A big reason P90X works is because it is so well structured. You simply pop in the DVDs on the days they tell you and follow an easy to follow nutrition guide (either gives you guidelines, or exact recipes/meals). Plus Beachbody has a very good support community (I found this really helpful when going through the program, for the first time). Basically the program takes out all the guess work and guides you step by step. As far as how to eat, there is a version of the nutrition guide that tells you how much of certain types of foods (protein, carbs, fruit, dairy, vegetable, fats, etc..) you should eat and then you have the flexibility to make up your own meals accordingly. There may not be a lot of variety, but if the campus has healthy options it'll fit the bill. If you do plan on ordering P90X, FYI by shopping through the Beachbody's, Team Beachbody web site (same company, same return policy, etc...) you will pay less shipping and your order will come with two additional bonus DVD workouts which you can not get if you order through the advertised 800# and website. I have helped coach many people through P90X and am actually helping a few current students go through the program. If you have any questions I'd be happy to help you out. Feel free to contact me through my blog or Yahoo profile. Hope this helps. - Chad
