I'll be watching a show and it will start giving me these weird blocks of color and the image will sort of freeze. The blocks of the color will flicker slightly and the image will jerk a little (in this case, Peter's jaw keeps twitching). The sound will play just fine, but it will be stuck on this one image. Usually I can fix it by refreshing the page, but I want to know what's going on. Does anyone know.
