I would like to have your feedback on this car in those years. I know, VW's cost a bit more to repair and maintain, but what about reliability? Also if you've had this car, what are your thoughts and experiences with it?
I found a couple of them for sale in my area for about 3500$ to 4000$ with around 140 000 KM on them.
I'm a student also and I think about keeping the car for a while. If the Golf isn't a good choice, what would you propose instead? It must be a hatchback though.
