Tiny eggs clustered on window screen?

I have these tiny little white/yellowish round balls in a cluster on my window screen. Does anyone know what kind of inscet could have done this? The cluster is alittle bigger than a quarter and the eggs themselves are round balls no bigger than the tip of a pen.

Tiny white eggs on screen/window

These may be moth poop not an egg at all. If an egg it could hatch and new holes in the screen
