hello iphone owners .... i have an iphone 4s with OS 5.0.1 its version 405 not 406 i am trying to backup my SHSH Blob before i apply the Greenpois0n Absinth Untethered Jailbreak to it so in case something goes wrong i can restore back to factory with the OS 5.0.1 but the software TinyUmbrella is not backing up my SHSH Blob why is that ... could you walk to to step by step what to do to save my SHSH for my OS 5.0.1?
I am currently running OS 5.0.1 with no jailbreak so if i applied the greenpois0n Absinth jailbreak and i decided to remove the jailbreak by restoring to factory with 5.0.1 can i do that without my SHSH Blob file?
also how do you stitch an IPSW file with the SHSH Blob so you can restore the custom file back.
what is the purpose of the SHSH Blob other than Downgrading your OS say form 5.0.1 to 5.0 or later?? having no SHSH Blob would i be able to restore my current OS 5.0.1 in case i wanted to remove the jailbreak Absinth or i need the SHSH to restore to factory OS 5.0.1?
I have the file IPSW 5.0.1 restore that i downloaded from the net the file size is about 850 MB so is that restore file is enough to restore my iphone 4s OS 5.0.1 to factory default using this restore file IPSW 5.0.1?? or i need the SHSH Blob to restore?
I am a novice in Jailbreaking and saving SHSH Blob so if you know a guaranteed way to save my current SHSH Blob of my OS 5.0.1 please write down your steps down.
