Tips on meeting girls in college?

I have very little girls in my college courses and the ones that are in my courses have boyfriends.
How can I meet more girls and hopefully get a gf? I'm a tad shy/quiet, but I warm up once you get to know me.
I'm tall, handsome, kind, polite, and a gentleman.

Please help! I've never had a gf and feel lonely sometimes cause of it
