Here is what I remember of it. The book is about a farmer who seems to be able to grow balloons. Throughout the book a little child continues to spy on him to figure out his secret. Throughout the story the little child is able to kinda find out the farmers secret and then it wraps up to him making a bunch of balloon animals and things out of the balloons he has grown. If anyone understands anything of what I just stated I'd love to see if you know the title of that book. Thanks</blockquote>
