tmobile blackberry internet?

i just got a blackberry and i was wondering is internet free? so if there is wifi is it free to use internet? also how would i know if internet i am using is free from my blackberry? so if there is no wifi at the area i am at does that mean i am charged? will they tell me i am charged?

also, is turning on the bluetooth and radio free?
