Tmobile Miami Ink Razr static issues...does anyone else have this problem?

I have a pink Tmobile Miami Ink Razr with flowers on it...and it has static like crazy...If i call another person that has a razr...there's also STATIC...you can't hear a thing the other person is talking about...I NEED A NEW PHONE ASAP!
