tmobile phone...anyone know how to customize??

i have a tmobile phone, and unlike other companies, you cant customize your banner, it stays saying T-Mobile on the display screen. But there is a certain way to do it. I just dont know how.
Does anyone know how to do it? If so please help me! thank you!
