does anyone know the code to unlock a tmobile phone so that i can use it with an at&t provider?

My at&t phone broke and i dont have the money to get a new one but my friend has a tmobile phone. You have to have a code to unlock it as you may know. Does anyone know this code? if so please can you give it me. Thanks guys i appreciate it.
