exactly this is what happened to me with t mobile. my bill never came right because of their little tricks. I had to pay it! but i know my friend has payed her t mobile bill late by calling and saying that she doesnt get payed till one more week so if they can extend it and they do! so atleast you will have more time to come up with that amount.

i had a similar problem but i ask for unlimited texting but i got 1000 texts so my bill was 700! than i just told them and they didnt help so i just ask people around for money than paided it off than later they game me a 20% discount for a new phone for the mistake..but this is verizon not t mobile

i had tat sane problem last year y mom got me the Samsung t629and my mom got me unlimited text but they dident add it so then my bill was 400 dollars to and my mom had to pay her bill which was 200 and she couldent cuz my bills usually 150 and t-mobile screwed up so i got my phone canceled like a month after so if u cancel its worth the money....

you need to take responsibility for what happened and just pay attention next time. i racked up $300 phone bills one summer making calls to my boyfriend across the country because i wasn't smart enough to change to a plan with more minutes. you should have checked your plan on the internet as soon as you got home and if something was amiss you could have called. they can't take responsibility for something you missed, especially when you've already been using the services. the $200 canceling fee is standard.

personally, i've never found a better cell phone service than t-mobile. i love them to death and they've been nothing but helpful to me. you may be mad now, but you'll be even more angry with other more unhelpful services. and besides, you just spent all that money on the blackberry, don't waste it.

good luck!
