Solid phone. It is made to be fun and interactive. Unlike other windows mobile 6 devices, it is more responsive and runs faster. It has Live Search built-in allowing you to mapquest locations and such, also allowing you to check traffic on major interstates in your area. The email function is also relaying, which means you get your emails faster than a blackberry. Also with that, if you need to, you can edit MS Word or MS Excel attachments. You can only view MS Powerpoint attachments though, but that's still bunches better than Blackberry. The phone has a 2MP resolution and a bright beautiful screen that's not so pixelized.

I only have two cons about it: durability and battery life. I've seen somebody throw a shadow into their back pocket and sit down and the screen cracked on them. I've also seen somebody push a button too hard on it and have the screen cracked (thankfully, that's covered under warranty). Regarding the battery life, it's something you kinda have to break in: at first it'll seem like it only lasts for one day. After a while, you'll find that when you charge it fully and everything, you eventually get up to 3 days. With regular usage though, you will only be able to get 1 day max on it. Therefore, I would get an extra batter and/or an extra charger to leave hanging around.

Either way, I hope that helps!
