tmobile sidekick on ebay?

got it... was working nicely but now it's asking me to register... but it won't let me register because it's used and the previous owner had already registered it... i contacted the previous owner but they don't remember the password they set... is there any way i can get around it?
 
Call customer service and explain to them what happened. They can get you registered. Tmobile's good like that make sure u call and ask for the sidekick department ans call from a landline phone
